Oh, and a tip to all you folks who are new to the series, I recommend warning your family that you're not actually screaming for help when playing the game.

Theyve released a trailer for Amnesia: Machine for Pigs, the successor to Amnesia: The Dark. In addition to the above trailer, the following excerpt was posted on the official website to give some background on the story: Frictional Games has a weekend treat for horror game fans. Judging by the trailer the suspenseful and methodical gameplay is still intact, but the graphics, especially the shadows and lighting, look much improved. I just managed to beat Amnesia: The Dark Descent for my first time today, and I couldn't be more happy to see another horror title being developed by the crafty team at Frictional Games-although my heart will probably regret these sentiments later.
